3D Floating-Plus Technology

The Two-Piece 3D Floating Rotor ensures users the safest ride by addressing issues such as lack of control resulting from heat degradation of the disc when braking. The floating, elastic outer disc of this rotor is a major difference from other competitors’ products. Through the floating effect, brake fade and rotor deformation caused by heat is prevented. Caliper’s uneven clamping is also avoided, which ensures the optimal braking performance and complete control. The floating feature is enabled through spring rivets, which allows the disc to move a certain distance to handle tolerances. The open cuts located on the ribs give the outer disc an elastic nature, subsequently preventing asymmetric wear, increasing rotor strength and prolonging service life.
