Canadian sports apparel brand Lolë announced its acquisition of Louis Garneau Sports, a renowned company specializing in cycling and sports equipment, which includes the brands Garneau, Sugoi, and Sombrio. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Based in Montreal, Lolë stated that the acquisition is a significant step in its expansion and will enhance its presence in the global sportswear market. The company plans to leverage Louis Garneau Sports' expertise to develop innovative collections and meet the needs of sports and outdoor enthusiasts.
