Swabian e-bike manufacturer Waldbike is elevating its partnership with Brose by integrating the new 48-volt system into its next product line, launching in late fall 2025. The Berlin-based supplier’s system includes the Drive³ Peak motor, Battery InTube 800 and 650, and the Control Allround unit, with production starting in June 2025.
Since Waldbike’s founding in 2022, Brose has been a trusted partner, sharing values of quality, innovation, and sustainability. Waldbike’s handmade bikes, produced with 85% European components and regional partnerships, maintain a nearly CO₂-neutral footprint. The company also plants a tree for every e-bike sold, reinforcing its eco-conscious mission.
“Waldbike’s focus on quality and sustainability aligns perfectly with Brose’s philosophy,” says Daniel Wolde-Giorgis, Head of Brose E-Bike. “Our collaboration is built on shared values, making Waldbike an ideal partner for the debut of our new system.”
The upcoming Waldbike models will include touring e-bikes (hardtail, full suspension, and step-through) and e-mountain bikes, with plans to expand into all-mountain and enduro segments. Key features include a high weight capacity (up to 180kg), ergonomic design, customization options, and trailer certification for added versatility.
Waldbike Managing Director Jan Jochens highlights the significance of this partnership: “The Brose system reflects our dedication to German-made quality, natural riding dynamics, and sustainable innovation. Together, we create mobility solutions that shape the future.”
This collaboration underlines both companies' commitment to delivering superior riding experiences while advancing sustainability and innovation in e-bike mobility.
